We have one of the most beautiful country settings across the road from us.  Here is a picture, just a few minutes ago, of the freshly combined (yesterday) corn field, with a cottony layer of fog just laying there slightly above the ground underneath a beautiful sunrise.  Wow, thanks God for painting me a beautiful portrait to look at this morning.

Happy Labor Day !

Well, Good Morning.  I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Labor Day.  Hope you are enjoying your holiday weekend. 

Our weather just totally changed today.  It has been SO hot for so long, and not much rain, so, we pretty much have brown grass.  The high temp for today is 70 degrees.  That's great to work outside.  But, there is no sun, and the wind is really blowing, so, it feels kinda chilly out there.   And, although it is a nice break from the heat and humidity we have been having, I'm still a summer girl, and, I like summer weather.

Well, whatever you are doing today, ENJOY!!!
