Our Winter Soup Supper !

It is snowing and blowing here today, and, cold, cold, cold.  And, the next few days are not looking much better.   YUCK!!   WINTER!!

Here is a crockpot full of wonderful vegetable soup, I have made for our supper, and, believe me, the picture does not do it justice.  It smells so good.  Along with a salad and some warm French bread - yummy, yummy!!     What a great winter meal!  Stay warm and safe, everyone.

Under the picture, it says comments, left click on that, and, the recipe is in there.  :)

  2. OK, I would be glad to. It is so easy.

Brown and drain 1 lb. hamburger.
Peel and cut up a couple potatoes.

    1 can green beans (drained)
    1 can corn (drained)
    1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can beef broth
About a cup or so of frozen sliced carrots
(I guess you could use canned but, they are so small - if you use canned, drain.

Put all in crock pot, stir, and, cook on low all day. This is great to put on before you go to work, and then, when you get home, it's all ready to eat It is yummy!!! And so easy!!!

Here's a crock pot tip - I use the slow cooker liners, and, it makes clean up so much easier (and faster). They sell them in the aisle with foil, waxed paper, napkins, etc. :)
